We are pleased to announce that the head of our institute Prof. Dr.-Ing. Philipp Geyer recently presented a research paper titled "Fusion of Component-Based Machine Learning and Digital Twins - The Case of Energy-Efficient Buildings" at the Georg Nemetschek Institute Symposium & Expo on Artificial Intelligence for the Built World, held from 10th to 12th September 2024 in Munich, Germany.

This event brought together leading experts and researchers to explore AI advancements in the built environment. Our paper focused on the integration of component-based machine learning with digital twin (DT) technologies to optimize the energy efficiency of modern buildings. By leveraging this approach, we can significantly enhance the value of digital twin technology, driving smarter, more energy-efficient solutions for the building industry.
